Online Key Account Manager DACH – Maternity Cover (14 months)

We are a Swedish company with a strong mission, to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. We are looking to strengthen the European E-tail Team with a full-time Junior Online Key Account Manager for the DACH Region (14 months Maternity Cover contract). The position will be situated in our European Office, in Salzburg. Join our team and lead the development of POC’s strategic online partners in Germany and Switzerland.

Key accountabilities

  1. Ownership of day-to-day Account Management of assigned E-tailers in Germany & Switzerland
  2. Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the defined Key Accounts
  3. Support Key Account Manager
  4. Strategic account & business planning with budget responsibility
  5. Steer sales KPI’s and track orderbook management
  6. Lead sell-in meetings and create product portfolio recommendations, based on sell-through data
  7. Negotiate yearly terms & conditions with account’s buying department
  8. Partner with POC Brand & Marketing team to best set annual marketing targets according to brand objectives and execute go-to-market strategies

Work experience

  1. Preferred: 1-3 years of work experience in a consumer facing role in sales, account management, purchasing, merchandising, or marketing.
  2. Preferred: Experience in key account or online account management within the sporting goods industry or an international consumer goods company. Experiences in the bike or snow sector are welcomed.
