- Identify untapped opportunities within the region to expand POC’s market presence.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering sustainable growth across the Scandinavian market.
2. Strategic Market Development
- Gain deep insight into regional trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviors in cycling, snow sports, and outdoor categories.
- Work closely with the Scanndinavian team to align strategies for activation, visibility, and growth.
- Execute account-specific campaigns, activations, and events to increase market share and brand recognition.
3. Cultural Understanding & Communication
- Communicate effectively in local languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) to enhance relationships and build trust.
4. Geographic Coverage
- Manage key accounts across three geographically distinct markets:
- Travel extensively across Scandinavia to conduct face-to-face client meetings, attend trade events, and strengthen partnerships.
5. Team Collaboration & Operational Efficiency
- Work closely with the sales team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide key insights and updates to management regarding account performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
