Returns

Please do not return an item without getting a return authorization (RMA) number.
POC cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.

Returns must be in new condition and include all original tags product packaging.

Products may be returned within 60 days from the date when the order was placed.

For POC Members within the European Union: returns are free.

For non POC members: For non POC Members, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

For POC members living outside of the European Union (UK, Norway and Switzerland): return costs will be at your expense and determined based on:

1. the country from which the product is returned
2. the size and weight of the package
3. the conditions of the carrier you select

1. Please start your order return here.
2. You will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip.
3. Print this label and attach it to your package.
4. Post your package back to us. POC members in the European Union receive a prepaid free return label. Keep proof of postage.
5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 days after we receive your returned goods.

Important Information:

1. Returned items must be as new and include all original tags and packaging
2. Returns from Norway need to be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Returns from Switzerland need to be sent to our warehouse in Switzerland. Returns from UK need to be sent to our warehouse in UK. Returns coming from Japan need to be sent to our warehouse in Japan.

Please note that free return labels are provided exclusively for orders placed by POC members in the European Union (we do not offer free return from Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom) who were members at the time of purchase.

Use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited to the Paypal account.

We do not offer exchange. If you wish to receive a different version of the product ordered, the best process is to submit your return and place a new order for the preferred product.

If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a call tag. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
