Sales Representative for Denmark and Southern Sweden

We are looking to strengthen our Scandinavian Sales Team with a Sales Representative for Denmark and Southern Sweden.

The Job

This role will play a key part in developing and activating POC’s retail distribution across both cycling and snow categories. The Sales Representative will focus on expanding our retail network, supporting sell-through, and driving brand visibility in the region.

By combining strong market knowledge, close customer relationships, and hands-on execution, this role will contribute to sustainable growth and increased brand presence across Denmark and Southern Sweden.

The position reports to the Country Manager Scandinavia, who will provide ongoing support and strategic direction. The role will be fully integrated into the local sales team, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Expansion & Account Development

  1. Expand and develop POC’s retail network across Denmark and Southern Sweden
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
  3. Identify new business opportunities and drive distribution growth
  4. Take ownership of sales performance within the assigned territory


Sell-Through & Retail Activation

  1. Support retailers in driving sell-through through training and in-store initiatives
  2. Organize and execute sales clinics, product trainings, and events
  3. Collaborate with partners to optimize product presentation and visibility


Brand Building & Local Marketing

  1. Lead and execute local marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Scandinavian team
  2. Strengthen brand presence across retail and key markets
  3. Act as a brand ambassador, communicating POC’s mission and values


Market Insight & Reporting

  1. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
  2. Support forecasting and planning for the region


Geographic Coverage

  1. Manage a diverse territory across Denmark and Southern Sweden
  2. Travel regularly to visit customers, attend events, and support retail partners

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in sales, retail, or business development within sports, outdoor, or cycling industries

Strong understanding of the Scandinavian retail landscape, particularly in Denmark and Southern Sweden

Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth

Strong communication skills in English and Swedish (Danish is a plus)

Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory effectively
