Act as the primary interface with suppliers on product development topics. Secure samples, updates, and documentation on schedule.

Certification & Quality:

Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and support QC activities, including documentation, testing, and certification updates.

Production Readiness:

Deliver complete production documentation and ensure that products reach Production Ready Date on time.

Launch Support:

Provide marketing and sales teams with the materials and product information needed for global launches.

Innovation & Roadmap Work:

Contribute to the development of new technologies and category innovations together with the Merchandiser and POC’s product forum.

To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in project management or product development, ideally within helmets, sports equipment, hard goods, or technical consumer products.
  3. Strong organizational skills and comfort working with structured processes and multiple timelines in parallel.
  4. Technical curiosity and a problem‑solving mindset.
  5. Experience working with suppliers or manufacturing partners.
  6. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  7. Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).

Why you should join POC

At POC, you will play a central role in shaping the future of performance protection within a globally recognized brand. You will work closely with passionate colleagues across product, brand, and commercial teams, turning research and innovation into tangible products that protect and enable athletes worldwide.

We are a collaborative and ambitious team where technical excellence must always meet performance credibility.
