Digital Content Specialist

We are now looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our e‑commerce and digital experience team. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is detail‑oriented, curious about digital systems, and excited to learn how content is managed, automated, and published at scale across global markets.
The Job
As Digital Content Specialist, you will support the day‑to‑day execution of digital content across POC’s websites and platforms in EU, NA, and APAC. Working closely with the Digital Content & Site Manager and senior team members, you will help ensure content is published accurately, follows established processes, and supports and develop efficient content workflows.
This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role that offers strong learning opportunities within CMS operations, content and workflow automation, and e‑commerce publishing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Operations & Automation Support: Assist with maintaining and developing automations and templates, reusable components, and structured content within the CMS. Follow established publishing workflows and support automation‑enabled processes that reduce manual work.
Content Publishing & CMS Support: Publish and update content across POC.com and related digital platforms using CMS and e‑commerce tools. Ensure content is correctly structured, formatted, and aligned with brand guidelines. Support updates to product pages, campaigns, landing pages, and editorial content.
Quality Assurance: Perform content checks before and after publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency. Help identify outdated or incorrect content and support clean‑up activities. Support adherence to content standards and publishing best practices.
Performance & Optimization Support: Assist in monitoring content performance using reporting tools and dashboards. Implement simple updates based on SEO, UX, or performance feedback from the team.
Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with marketing, e‑commerce, and customer service teams to support launches and campaigns. Provide operational support for seasonal releases, product launches, and regional rollouts.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital content, publishing, e‑commerce, or a related field
Background in development, scripting, or automation (academic, professional, or personal projects) is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
Organized and comfortable working with repeatable processes.
Curiosity about how systems connect (CMS, PIM, DAM, marketing platforms).
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or UX principles (training provided).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.
Clear communicator and collaborative team member
