POC unveils its new winter season collection

INTRODUCING THE SEASONAL COLLECTION, POC’S DESIGN DIRECTOR, CLAES NELLESTAM, SAID:

“Almost two decades ago, when we came into the snow scene, our ideas established a new vision for safety and protection. Then, as now, safety is the centrepiece of our development and decision-making process. It has often meant we must pave our own way, and our new seasonal collection is no different. POC silhouettes speak for themselves, and inspired by our Scandinavian heritage, our designs are cleaner, more minimalist and classic. We are delighted with the result and hope to inspire more and more people to protect themselves by making the products and apparel they choose to wear."

NEW EXPRESSIONS. TRUSTED METHODS.

POC’s updated design language will be applied across all POC products in the future. Examples of changes include refining logos, enhancing monochromatic design, and establishing even greater cohesion among products. However, even when the surfaces may look and feel different, the technologies that underpin and define them remain unchanged, all based on award-winning innovation and performance.

NEW_ LOFT PARKA

A standout piece from the new seasonal collection is the award-winning and highly regarded Loft Parka. This season, it has been optimised for even more warmth, providing a wonderful feeling of exceptional warmth and comfort.

Water resistant, Recycled Thermocore® insulation, reinforced zones, and a pre-shaped design keep any user protected from the elements and encourage the utmost freedom of movement to ski the best of the mountain. It will also be available in a new seasonal colour, Natrolite Beige.

Other seasonal colours lifted throughout the collection are Apatite navy, Pargasite green, Gibbsite green and Prismane red, complementing the existing colour options.

NEW_ FORNIX BC

Another updated classic is the all-new Fornix BC. The original all-mountain helmet is now tuned for the backcountry, giving extra security when heading further into the wilderness. Details include digital integration in the form of an NFC digital ID chip and a RECCO® reflector. Combined, these ensure that the helmet can communicate for you when you can’t. MIPS®, Aramid panels, and precise ventilation ports take the Fornix BC to a whole new level.

NEW_ RAW CAPSULE COLLECTION

Unique to the season is the Raw capsule collection, whose focus has been to forge simplicity and technicality together to provide a unique insight into protection. The collection’s use of translucent materials purposefully exposes details to open insights into the various layers and technologies supporting safety and protection. From a distance, Raw collection products may look simple, with clean lines, but as you look closer, more of their inherent complexity is exposed, revealing the technology and protection involved.
