The Job
We are looking for a Digital Content & Site Manager to lead the content strategy and user experience across POC.com in the EU, NA, and APAC regions. If you’re passionate about digital storytelling, e-commerce, and creating seamless online experiences, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversion. Oversee the creation and publishing of high-quality content including product descriptions, blog posts, and videos.
Site Management: Manage daily operations of POC.com, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for performance and user experience.
User Experience Optimization: Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve the customer journey and site usability.
Content Calendar & Workflow: Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and publication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align content with campaigns and business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of Content Specialists, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital content and e-commerce trends to keep POC at the forefront of innovation.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital content management, e-commerce, or - a related role.
- Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms, SEO, web analytics, and UX design.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
