Return steps APAC

  1. If you placed your order before June 18, 2024, please return it here. For orders placed on or after June 18, 2024, please return them here.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip.
  3. Print this label and attach it to your package.
  4. Post your package back to us. We do not cover the cost of postage. Please keep proof of postage for your records.
  5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 days after we receive your returned goods.


Important Information:

  1. Returned items must be as new and include all original tags and packaging
  2. Customers need to send their return items to Sydney, Australia or Christchurch, New Zealand.

General Terms

Use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited to the Paypal account.

If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a call tag. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
