SALES REPRESENTATIVE MID - NORTHERN SWEDEN

DESCRIPTION

We are a Swedish company with a strong mission to do the best we can to possibly save lives and to reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. We are looking to strengthen our Scandinavian Sales Team with a Sales Representative for Mid- Northern Sweden.

The Sales Representative will play a key role in developing our POC distribution by expanding and activate our retail network in both cycling and snow markets.

In maintaining and growing our sales, spreading our brand mission, increasing brand awareness, and helping to expand our audience.

The position reports to the Country Manager Scandinavia, who will provide support & direction, and will be integrated in the local sales teams.

YOUR FUNCTION

- Expand and activate our retail network in both cycling and snow markets

- Support retail in sell-through initiatives

- Organize sales clinics and events together with our retail partners

- Take ownership of sales budget for responsible areas

 - Lead local marketing initiatives

 - Take our brand presence to the next level

- Understanding & knowledge of the Swedish cycling/snow retail market

QUALIFICATIONS & DETAILS

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Work experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising or similar

- Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach

- Knowledge of the local snow and/or cycling B&M network

- Highly organized, efficient, helpful, proactive, and energetic

- Solid critical thinking, creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

- Passion for sports
