With an exceptionally lightweight outer shell constructed from carbon fiber, the new Calyx Carbon delivers the ultimate in lightweight, multi-functional protection. Certified for skiing, mountaineering and cycling, it's possible to do it all with just one helmet.

Scaled back to save as much weight as possible, the helmet features a highly durable outer shell constructed from carbon fiber. Underneath, the helmet liner features deeper channels for bicycle-helmet-like ventilation, helping keep you cool all day on the mountain, whether climbing or descending.

Highly packable, the helmet features soft earpads that can either be folded into the helmet or easily removed: ideal on hotter days or if cycling or mountaineering. Other features include a dual-density EPS liner to give extra protection in the areas it is needed most. The 360° fit system can be tucked fully inside the helmet to reduce the space it takes when being stored, making it fully packable.

Removable ear pads, a removable goggle clip and a neck warmer are included with purchase, giving you flexibility and freedom in how you wear your protection.

Carbon fiber outer shell

The carbon fiber outer shell is both highly durable and exceptionally lightweight.

Dual-density Liner

Two densities of EPS liner are used, giving extra protection in the zones where most impacts occur.

360° Fit System

The fit system spans the whole head, making it easy to find a comfortable and secure fit without changing padding.

Retractable Fit System

The fit system can be pushed into the helmet so it takes less space when not in use – ideal for storage and transport.

Fabric-covered ventilation channels

Fabric coverings over the front and rear ventilation channels help control airflow and prevent windchill. Deeper channels within the helmet improve overall airflow.

Dual earpad clips

Two attachment clips on each earpad keeps them more secure. The foldable pads are highly flexible and can be folded inwards to take less space for storage and transportation.

Removable goggle clip

The helmet comes with a rubber goggle clip that can easily be attached or detached.

Neck Warmer

A fleece-lined neck warmer in a matching color to the helmet is included with purchase.
