IT Support Technician – Stockholm HQ

The Job

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing 1st and 2nd level support both on-site at our Stockholm headquarters and remotely for other regions via our ticketing system. You’ll work closely with the IT team to manage local IT services, support our modern workplace, and ensure smooth operations across Windows and Mac environments. This is a full-time role based at our Stockholm headquarters, with a hybrid setup requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line support via phone, ticketing system, remote access, and in-person.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, networks, servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security.

Support and manage Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, and modern workplace tools.

Work in a mixed environment of Apple (MacOS, IOS) and Microsoft Windows clients.

Maintain documentation, guides, and procedures.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience working in a Microsoft environment and a genuine interest in IT and technology. You combine technical curiosity with strong social skills, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while thriving in an environment with many touchpoints.

You are also patient and able to communicate technical information in an accessible way to users with varying levels of IT knowledge.

We believe that you are confident in your professional abilities and able to communicate and work fluently in both Swedish and English.

To be successful in this role, you are likely to have

3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong knowledge of:

Windows Clients
MacOS & iOS
Microsoft 365 Management
Azure AD/Entra ID
Intune

Having knowledge of Windows Server is considered an asset.

Experience with network technologies (LAN/WAN, VLAN, WiFi, VPN) and IT security.

Familiarity with computer and network hardware.

Ability to document clearly and manage small projects.

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
