POC is a Swedish company with a clear mission: "To protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents - for athletes and anyone who feels inspired to be one." We are now looking for a Sales Representative for West Germany (post code areas 3, 4, 5) to strengthen our sales team.
TASKS & PROFILE
As a new team member, you will be crucial to further increase our brand awareness and market share in this region. The position is part of the German Sales team and will report to the Country Manager.
- Dealer support (Cycling & Snow)
- Acquisition of new customers
- Training and product presentations
- Sales budget responsibility for the defined region
- Participation in events and sporting goods fairs (national and international)
- Implementation of retail marketing activities
To become part of our team, you should meet the following requirements:
- Completed vocational training or experience in sales (if it’s in the sports industry, that’s an advantage)
- High affinity for bike and winter sports
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
- Excellent manners, confident and sovereign appearance, as well as a distinct willingness to provide service
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and sociability
After intensive training, you can expect various tasks in the sporting goods trade. You will be involved in the growth of an international company and will have the opportunity to develop with the company.
