Returns

Important note

Please do not return an item without getting a return authorization (RMA) number.
POC cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.

Returns must be in new condition and include all original tags product packaging.

Return fee

If you were subscribed as a POC Member when your order was placed and received the Member benefit of complementary freight, you are eligible to receive complementary return freight for this order.

If you were not subscribed as a POC Member at the start of your order, this order is not eligible for Member benefits and you must cover the cost of return freight. You can subscribe as a POC Member to receive Member benefits moving forward here.

For non POC members: For non POC Members, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Return steps North America

  1. Please start your order return here.
  2. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your Packing Slip.
  3. Print Packing Slip and ensure it is included in your return.
  4. Ship your return back to us. Keep proof of postage.

Important Information:

  1. Returned items must be as new and include all original tags and packaging.
  2. Returns from Canada need to be sent back to our warehouse in Canada. Returns from US need to be sent back to our warehouse in The US.

Please note that prepaid return labels are provided exclusively for orders placed by POC members who were members at the time of purchase.

Vous êtes libre de choisir le moyen d’expédition que vous souhaitez pour le retour de vos articles. POC n’est pas responsable en cas de perte ou de dommages causés aux colis retournés. Nous vous recommandons d’assurer le colis que vous retournez avec le transporteur. Conservez votre numéro de suivi jusqu’au traitement de votre retour.

Les remboursements de cartes de crédit seront effectués sur la carte utilisée pour l’achat. Les remboursements via PayPal seront crédités sur le compte PayPal.

Exchange

We do not offer exchange. If you wish to receive a different version of the product ordered, the best process is to submit your return and place a new order for the preferred product.
