As our Data Scientist and Sales Analyst on the Global Digital E-commerce team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming data into game-changing insights. You’ll gather and analyse data from multiple sources, identifying opportunities and highlighting challenges that will guide our strategy. Whether it’s forecasting sales trends, understanding customer behaviour, or analysing market shifts, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future.

1. Dig Deep into Data: Unearth data from various sources and analyse it to reveal trends and opportunities that others might miss.
2. Predict the Future: Use historical data to forecast sales trends and anticipate future market developments.
3. Spot Patterns: Mine large datasets to find patterns, trends, and insights that can drive smarter business decisions.
4. Tell the Story with Data: Create clear, concise reports that make complex data easy to understand for everyone, from team members to stakeholders.
5. Drive Strategy: Share your insights regularly to help us refine our promotional strategies, optimise our market approach, and maximise revenue growth.
6. Innovate and Automate: Build and maintain data models, introduce new metrics, automate reporting processes, and support ad-hoc analyses to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field.
2. You have a knack for numbers with strong mathematical and statistical skills.
3. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you're a natural problem solver.
4. You’re experienced with statistical programming languages (like Python and R).
5. You have a strong knowledge of maintaining databases.
6. You are familiar with business intelligence tools (like Power BI, HotJar, Google Analytics).
7. You advance in Excel.
8. You have a keen understanding of data visualisation tools.
9. You possess flawless communication skills and can present complex data in a simple, compelling way.
10. You’re highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, and you’re always ready to take the initiative.
