POC warrants that all our products are fit for their intended use and free of manufacturing defects in material or faults due to poor workmanship. If you experience that your product is delivered with, or has developed a fault, please email us before returning any goods in order to avoid unnecessary postage fees.
Orders destined for Japan are currently processed and fulfilled from the POC European legal entity. These orders are then shipped from the POC EU Distribution Center. Consequently, transactions are legally considered EU sales, which means EU consumer protection rules apply, including the statutory 2-year warranty.

For products bought at local retailers or e-tailers, please contact them directly when filing a warranty claim. Warranties will not apply to Final Sale, Clearance, and Open Box purchases from POC retailers.
