Now we’re looking for a Digital NA Trading Specialist.

THE JOB

The NA Trading Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce trading activities in the North American market. This role involves analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive sales and improve the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth in the North American market. Use data-driven insights to inform trading strategies and decision-making.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Adjust trading strategies based on market insights to stay competitive and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Trading Strategy Development: Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize sales and profitability. This includes setting pricing strategies, managing product assortments, and planning promotional activities.
  • Product Listings Management: Oversee the management of product listings on the e-commerce platform. Ensure that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.
  • Pricing and Promotions: Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market. Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Supplier and Logistics Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of products. Address any supply chain issues that may impact product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses. Use this information to refine trading strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on trading performance, including sales metrics, market insights, and campaign results. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all trading activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience. Implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, sales, or a related role.
Preferred: Experience in the North American market.

SKILLS AND GENERAL EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of the North American markets
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trading strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
