Logistics Coordinator – Salzburg

To strengthen our team at the Salzburg location, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.

As a growing subsidiary of an internationally represented sports goods corporation, we are seeking energetic additional support in the office area.

1. Contact person for our suppliers and 3PL partners (global)
2. Close collaboration and supervision of our warehouses
3. Organization and handling of international shipments with freight carriers
4. Optimization of shipments
5. Booking and provision of data in the ERP system
6. Creation of item master data and maintenance
7. Close communication with our Customer Service Team in Salzburg
8. Close collaboration with the International Global Supply Chain Team
9. Participation in the team for current and international projects

1. Fluent German and English language skills in both written and spoken form are a requirement.
2. Completed commercial education (HAK/HAS, HBLA, or equivalent).
3. Experience in the field of logistics/supply chain management is advantageous.
4. Previous experiences in logistics or customs clearance (preferably in the sports industry).
5. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous.
7. Team spirit, strong communication skills, and sociability.
8. Resilience and flexibility.
9. Enthusiasm for sports.
