Returns

Please be advised that items discounted by 40% or more at the time of purchase are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

1. Please start your order return here.
2. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip. ​
   1. POC members in the European Union and North America receive both a packing slip and a prepaid free return label. Members are eligible for free returns only if they hold an active POC membership at the time of purchase.
   2. POC members in UK, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and Asia Pacific region will receive a packing slip but are responsible for arranging their own return shipment. This includes creating a shipping label and ship the return with chosen carrier. ​
   3. Non-POC members will receive a packing slip but are responsible for arranging their own return shipment. This includes creating a shipping label and ship the return with chosen carrier. Returns from the European Union and Norway need to be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Returns from Switzerland must be sent to the Switzerland warehouse. Returns from the UK must be sent to the UK warehouse.
3. Print the packing slip and put it inside your package together with the items you wish to return.​
4. Send your package to the address on the packing slip and keep proof of postage until your refund arrives.​
5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 business days after we receive your returned goods.​

1. Standard purchases: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date.​
2. Return items must be new, unused and include all the original tags and packaging​
3. If the returned item does not meet the criteria, the item will be returned without refund.​

1. For POC Members within the European Union and North America: returns are free. Free returns apply only if the member had an active POC membership at the time of purchase.
2. For non POC members: return shipping will be at the customer's expense.​
3. For all customers living outside of the European Union (UK, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and the Asia-Pacific Region): return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. ​

We do not offer exchange. If you wish to receive a different version of the product ordered, the best process is to submit your return and place a new order for the preferred product.​
