The giveaway is organized by POC (the “Organizer”).

Participation in the giveaway is open to individuals who take part in any Energy Surge Ride Out event worldwide. Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Entry into the giveaway is automatic upon participation in an Energy Surge Ride Out event and excepting this Terms & Conditions. All eligible participants across all global events will be included in a single prize draw.

The prize consists of one (1) exclusive Tour de France VIP Experience.
The prize includes accommodation, on-site services, and related expenses during a stay of approximately three (3) to four (4) days, as well as transfers to and from the designated airport.
Travel to and from the destination (expected to be Barcelona, Spain) is not included and must be arranged and paid for by the winner.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants worldwide.
By participating, entrants agree that the Organizer may contact them by early June to arrange and confirm all relevant details of the prize.
If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering the giveaway, participants expressly consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the giveaway and coordinating the prize.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
