Freelance Graphic Designer - Stockholm

Temporary from September 2025 to January 2026
Working closely with our Art Director & Senior Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for the creative output and consistent implementation of POC’s graphic guidelines across all channels.

Born and based in Stockholm, Sweden, POC is a safety and performance pioneer on a global mission: protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. Creating all types of protection for cycling and snow sports, POC uses research, scientific methods and rigorous testing in its pursuit of innovation.

Now we’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer from September -January.

The job

Working closely with our Art Director & Senior Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for the creative output and consistent implementation of POC’s graphic guidelines across all channels. You’ll work across both digital and print — creating everything from campaign assets and social media content to newsletters, event material and in-store visuals. You’re comfortable creating video and motion content for digital platform.

We're looking for someone who’s curious, proactive and passionate about design — and who wants to be part of a team that constantly pushes visual storytelling forward.

What you will do:

  1. Idea, sketch, & design: Digital - consumer campaign assets, social content, ads, newsletters.
  2. Idea, sketch, & design: Print – event & trade show material, in-store material.
  3. Continue toimplement the brand and graphic guidelines in all areas.
  4. Responsible for maintaining production schedules and deadlines of digital/print assets.
  5. Maintain and organize files and project materials.

The role does not require that you practice snow or cycling sports yourself, but however it is required to learn and stay updated about our communities and what the different sports are all about

You:

  1. Experience of working in a creative agency or in-house environment for 1 - 2 years.
  2. Excellent software skills: knowledge of the Creative Suite programs (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro/After effects, Figma or similar is a must.
  3. Experience in graphic design and content creation within fashion, lifestyle, sports or retail.
  4. Experience using various AI tools for ideation, content creation and workflow optimization.
  5. Experience and skills in creating video and motion content for digital campaigns, social media and brand storytelling
  6. Strong art and design skills including photography, typography, layout etc. in both digital and print environments.
  7. Knowledge within color printing & final art.
  8. Strong communication/storytelling skills. Ability to brainstorm and develop creative assets that combine branding, storytelling and commerce.
  9. Have a dynamic way of working. Able to prioritize and revaluate work schedule, depending on internal requests and importance.
  10. Maintain calendar deadlines, detailed oriented and able to excel in a team environment
  11. Initiative - Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
  12. Are based in Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid work model)
