DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the poc.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. POC cannot warrant that the content of poc.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. POC may at any time change the content of the site. Though POC strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through poc.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where POC act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. POC cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. POC cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.
SHOPPING AT POC.COM
Shopping directly at poc.com is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favourite items. The full line from every collection will be made available as soon as they arrive at POC. When you receive your package you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home and we have a 60-day return period, if you need to send something back for a full refund. Returns are free for POC Sports Members in EU. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days) and not on public holidays.
In Oceania and Japan we operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days NZST time) and not on public holidays.
In North America we operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days MTZ time) and not on public holidays.
WARNING: Beware of Fake POC websites. This is the official POC website and often fake ones appear on the internet. Heavily discounted pricing is often a red flag. We urge you to use good judgment and POC is not responsible if you are victimized by the fake websites. Your use of fake POC websites is at your own risk.

VIOLATION OF RULES
POC reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, POC´s’ obligations are suspended. The contract between you and POC can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by POC. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. POC will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
PAYMENT METHODS
All transactions on poc.com are processed using Adyen, a third party security online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. POC makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
CREDIT CARD
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, Maestro & American Express.
KLARNA
We accept Klarna shop now pay later payment option in some regions.
ORDER PROCESS & CONFIRMATION
All orders are processed within two business days at POC´s warehouse in NL in Europe, in Washington in the United States and Sydney in Australia. Shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For US orders shipping to UT and CO you will see a sales tax on their order. This will reflect during checkout. Orders going to Canada are subject to taxes depending on where they're headed to, however, all duties are included in the cost of the goods.
For orders to the European Union (EU) Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.
For orders shipped within Australia, prices include GST. For orders shipped to New Zealand, prices are inclusive of local tax and customs duties.
Items shipped directly to Japan from EU warehouse are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.
COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
POC delivers within select countries in Europe (see list of countries below), to North America (USA and Canada), Oceania and Japan. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address.
EU orders are shipped with UPS, DHL and DPD. North American orders are shipped with UPS. Oceania orders are shipped with Australia Post and Japan orders are shipped with UPS. POC cannot offer express delivery to Oceania and Japan at this time. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, overseas addresses, re-shippers or package forwarding services. Orders placed with an address that does not meet our shipping policy guidelines may be cancelled.

POC ONLINE STORE RETURN PROCESS
To return an item you must contact us within 60 days from the date of your order. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier and obtain and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed. Returns must be in new condition and include all original tags product packaging. The Manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items bought at poc.com cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
REFUNDS
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited back to the paypal account. Refunds are issued as soon as POC has fully processed the return and received the returned goods. This can take up to 10 business days.
RETURNS
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT GETTING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. POC CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED MERCHANDISE WITHOUT AN RMA.
Europe: Returns need to be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands and we do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels. Returns from Switzerland need to be sent to our warehouse in Switzerland and returns from UK must be sent to warehouse in UK. We do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels. Japan: Returns need to be sent to our warehouse in the Japan and we do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels. For more information or to create a return, check our our returns page.
North America: Returns need to be sent to our warehouse in US and we do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels. For more information or to create a return, check our our returns page.
Oceania: Returns need to be sent to our warehouse in the Sydney, Australia or Christchurch, New Zealand and we do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels. For more information or to create a return, check our our returns page.
All returns must be in perfect condition and include all original tags (attached) as well as manufacturers packaging. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package through the carrier along with holding onto the tracking information.
POC does not currently offer exchanges, but items can be returned for a refund if they meet return policy criteria. POC North America does not accept any returns on pro-deal purchases.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
