Now, we are looking for a Digital Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination across the EU, NA, and APAC regions. The job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Operations Specialist to lead and optimize our e-commerce operations, ensuring they drive business growth and value. This role is about maximizing the impact of operational processes, improving efficiency, and strengthening logistics coordination while ensuring seamless integrations, performance, and cost-effective operations to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Logistics Coordination: Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders. Track shipments and address any delivery issues in collaboration with the logistics team.
  2. Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the inventory management team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Ensure accurate inventory records and assist in inventory audits.
  3. Operational Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for resolving operational issues. Collaborate with customer service, warehousing, and IT teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency. Work with relevant departments to implement best practices and operational improvements.
  5. Customer Service Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve any operational issues that impact customer satisfaction. Provide timely updates on order status and delivery issues.

To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or a related role.
  3. Strong proficiency in order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  4. Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
