To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
  3. Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

You will be able to shape and evolve the department, working hands-on with digital marketing while being deeply embedded in the business. The impact of your work will be tangible, moving fast from idea to execution to results. We are a collaborative, passionate team, where digital marketing needs to be closely connected to the entire business.
