Purchaser - Stockholm

You’ll own the purchase order flow from placement to delivery – making sure the right products arrive at the right time, and jumping in to fix things when they don’t. You’ll work closely with our suppliers and R&D teams, acting as the link between what’s being developed and what needs to land in our warehouse.

This is a hands-on, varied role that mixes routine execution with real problem-solving. You’ll be part of a global supply chain team spanning Stockholm, Salzburg, Park City, and Christchurch – working with suppliers, partners, and colleagues across the world every day.

1. Place and manage purchase orders across our global product range
2. Follow up on confirmations, timelines, and system accuracy
3. Handle deviations – delays, MOQ issues, etc – and drive them to resolution
4. Support new product handover and go-to-market together with R&D and sales
5. Keep our ERP and planning systems clean and updated

1. 1–3 years in purchasing, supply chain, or operations
2. Comfortable owning routine tasks and switching gears to solve problems when things don’t go according to plan
3. A natural communicator who reaches out proactively and navigates cross-functional work with ease
4. Analytical with an eye for spotting issues before they escalate
5. Genuinely curious about AI tools and how they can improve the way we work
6. Solution-oriented – you bring options, not just problems
7. Fluent in English – our company language; Swedish is a plus but not required
