We’re looking for a Content & SEO writer for an eight-month parental leave cover, with a potential for extension depending on business needs.

Born and based in Stockholm, Sweden, POC is a safety and performance pioneer on a global mission: protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. Creating all types of protection for cycling and snow sports, POC uses research, scientific methods and rigorous testing in its pursuit of innovation.

Now we’re looking for a Content & SEO writer for an eight-month parental leave cover, with a potential for extension depending on business needs.

The job

In this position, you will be responsible for—and work across—everything from product messaging to performance marketing. We are looking for someone with experience working in a creative agency or in-house environment for a minimum of two years. The role does not require that you practise snow sports or cycling yourself, but it is required that you learn and stay updated about our communities. Experience from working with retail brands and/or sports categories is a benefit.

What you'll do

  1. Create and maintain product copy used for workbooks (sales tool) & product packaging (hangtags, box labels, inner labels, manuals etc).
  2. Write and edit copy for POC.com.
  3. Write and edit newsletters (both campaigns & automated flows), pop-ups and ads.
  4. Optimise on-site content with SEO best practices.
  5. Support with ad-hoc content requests as & when needed

You

  1. Have relevant education in copywriting, content and/or SEO writing, or similar.
  2. Have experience working in a creative agency or in-house environment for 2 years.
  3. Have experience working with retail brands and/or sports categories.
  4. Are an English native or have native-level English language skills.
  5. Are tech savvy, with experience of working with advanced AI tools for content & copy creation.
  6. Have a dynamic way of working. You are able to prioritise and re-evaluate your work schedule to meet internal needs.
  7. Can maintain deadlines, are detail-oriented and can excel in a team environment.
  8. Are adaptable and flexible. The job requires being open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace.
  9. Have knowledge and experience with high-end brands.
  10. Are based in Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid work model)
