If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The warehouse dispatch window: Due to our automated, high-speed fulfillment system, orders enter the picking and packing process immediately after placement. Once an order has entered our system, it cannot be canceled or modified during the picking and packing phase at our warehouse. However, once your package has been successfully picked up and scanned by the freight carrier the cancellation process will be accesible for you in the link above.
Product condition required for full refund: All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition with all original labels, protective packaging, and tags attached. You are permitted to inspect and test the fit or functionality of the goods (for example, trying on a helmet or jacket for fit inside your home) just as you would be allowed to do in a physical retail store.
