Terms and Conditions

The giveaway is organized by POC (the “Organizer”).

Participation in the giveaway is open to individuals who take part in the Ride Out event. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Entry into the giveaway is automatic upon participation in the Ride Out event and excepting the Terms & Conditions. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The prize consists of one (1) helmet (Amidal). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winner will be selected at random after the Ride Out event. The winner agrees to be contacted by the Organizer within ten (10) days following the event for the purpose of confirming helmet size and delivery details.
If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By participating in the giveaway, participants expressly consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
Personal data will be used solely for this purpose and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its control.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
