Product description
Shaped for freedom and flexibility, the lightweight VPD Air Vest offers protection balanced with absolute comfort.
Ideal for all-mountain use, this lightweight protector balances protection that meets EN1621-2, Level 1 standards with exceptional freedom of movement in every direction and a very open structure that allows for maximum airflow, allowing body heat to escape easily. The protector uses a hexagonal pattern to provide strength, flexibility and ventilation, all while keeping you protected.
Both the cut of the vests and the shape of the backplates are optimised for a secure, comfortable fit, with no impact on freedom of movement even when the temperatures drop. As with all VPD protectors, the backplate warms to your body and follows your contours as you move, offering ultimate freedom of movement.
The close-fitting vest offers a clean silhouette and is perforated all over to give optimal breathability and so heat can escape, ensuring you can move freely and in comfort every time you enjoy the mountains.

What is VPD?
At the core of our protection is VPD by POC – Visco-Elastic Polymer Dough, a unique material that adapts to your body shape for a comfortable fit but hardens instantly on impact to absorb energy and reduce injury risk.
