The Job
As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with managers, employees, Finance, and leadership, providing coordination, structure, and clear communication across the organization.You will support recruitment processes from candidate screening to coordinating internal processes and documentation, ensuring that materials are accurate and up to date.In addition, the role includes providing administrative support to the CEO and management team, such as coordinating meetings, handling contract signing processes, and ensuring proper follow-up.This is a hands-on and broad role that offers a unique opportunity to work close to both people operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration: Execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that employee data and documentation are accurate and well-structured.
Recruitment Coordination: Screen candidates and coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers.
Communication: Draft clear and professional communication to managers and employees across HR-related topics.
Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries in close collaboration with Finance, ensuring accuracy in payroll and compensation-related matters.
Executive Support: Support the CEO and management team with administrative coordination, including meetings, materials, contract signing processes, and follow-up.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A university degree is a plus but not required.
4+ years of experience in administrative, HR coordination, or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and structure.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
