General conditions
You're covered by warranty based on the rules in the country where you bought the product. In countries like Australia and New Zealand, you're entitled to protection for as long as the product can reasonably be expected to last. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law under which you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality andt he failure does not amount to a major failure.
