| As a result of over 40 technologies and 92 US issued patents,
POC has developed a rich and expansive portfolio of products and technologies.
Our complete package of technology is in various stages of completion.
Some are still in R & D, others can be demonstrated in the laboratory,
and some are ready for commercial development. This Emerging Products
section will identify and communicate technologies that are emerging through
POC, which are ready for commercial implementation. As POC grows and additional
developments occur, this list will certainly grow.
At this stage, POC is looking for enabling companies to work with on
an OEM level, for commercial implementation of the technology. This might
include product purchases, licensing agreement, company alliances, joint
venture or spin-off company activity. These “commercial ready”
technologies are described below.
| OptiKey® is a unique optical signature recognition system
for authenticity verification. With the OptiKey system labels,
identification cards, and documents are impossible to counterfeit,
copy, or duplicate. This system consists of a mass producible
optical mask (ID Label) and a matched optical reference mask
located in the optoelectronic reader / correlator. The optical
ID label is a randomly recorded optical surface structure,
which is placed on labels / cards and documents. For secure
validation, the optical surface structure of the ID label
must match the optical reference mask in the correlator. The
optical match is achieved with a joint Fourier transform which
also ensures quick and easy alignment.

| IHC™
Intelligent Hypercompression is an object oriented
wavelet based system for security / surveillance applications.
The unique object selection and extraction offers high resolution
viewing while conserving bandwidth. High quality images can
be viewed with higher data rates and lower frame rates than
the background. IHC is a programmable compression hardware
and software solution, allowing the user to select the object
or background with variable operating parameters, such as
compression ratio, frame rate, and data rate. As compared
to frame based systems such as MPEG or fractal, IHC™
captures a high-resolution image quality of the object(s)
at low bandwidth (phone line).

| POC offers the next generation of real - time 3-D video systems. In our concept all 3-D images should be viewed with the naked eye. No special glasses or goggles are needed to view MYEYE™ 3-D displays. MYEYE™ 3-D displays are offered in three versions: (1) Autostereoscopic 3-D Display, (2) Field Portable 3-D Display, (3) 360 Multiscopic Real-Time 3-D Display.
Availability: 1) Autostereoscopic 3-D Displays are currently available for acquisition, (2) The Field Portable System is demonstratable, (3) 360° Multiscopic is a futuristic R&D effort, POC is looking for funding to complete a demonstration system.

| POC’s FAERITO® Data Centric
Recorder provides a complete
turnkey solution for synchronous digital recording of multi-channel
Video/Audio/Data (VAD). DCR is an “All in One”
crash survivable package with removable memory. Video compression
technology is based on proprietary Wavelet transform which reduces bandwidth
by two orders of magnitude, while preserving video quality.
DCR can record 2 hours of VAD per channel.

| OmniView provides
real-time 360° panoramic video monitoring.
The OmniView system consists of a Fisheye Lens
(FEL), video camera, firewire, and OmniView (unwrapping)
software. While using only a single camera, and FEL lens,
the OmniView software unwraps the real-time video image into
a seamless distortion free horizontal viewing zone. This
system is compatible with PC based systems (PC not included).

| WPIC is
a Wireless Personal Information Carrier technolgoy that gives medical personnel instantaneous access and accurate patient medical
records without any physical contact. Extending this technology to the general population will simplify record keeping, medical examinations and provides
immediate and secure access to medical data in emergencies or normal healthcare use by prioritizing electronic patient records. WPIC feature
( 1-4GB of memory, highspeed wireless communication (i.e. 802.11/ 802.15.x), and utilizes FIPS 140-2 certified encryption to assure data security.

| WEARNET is
a wearable personal area network consisting of a Snapnet™ wire/fabric interconnect and vest. The vest system includes Snapnet connectors, video (VGA) camera, USB connectors, GPS and SISC tracking, PDA/PC with a battery and pouch system.
